You can’t make delicious confections without a chef, and we’ve got one of the best. Our Director of Culinary, Dave Owens, spent over a decade as the Chief Chocolatier and Vice President of Taste at Bissinger’s Handcrafted Chocolatier before joining the team at Proper.
